I have 40 years experience of various computer systems. For the last 20 years I have focused on Macintosh support and assisting users of all types of Apple equipment in achieving the full potential of their devices.

Impartial advice
My only bias is that I love Apple equipment. I do not believe that everything has to be the latest and greatest. If you have an item of hardware or software that is a few years old but still fulfils it's function that is great by me.
